Construction is scheduled to be completed in late 2027, with leasing expected to begin in late January 2028. Exact move-in dates will be confirmed as construction progresses, with waitlist members receiving leasing updates first.

Floor plans, pricing and additional leasing details will be released closer to opening. Waitlist members will be among the first to receive them, along with new interior renderings and confirmed leasing dates.
Homes at Tuxedo Heights East are planned with designer finishes, designer cabinetry, quartz countertops, square undermount sinks, nine-foot ceilings, walk-in closets and comfort-height toilets. Kitchens include a fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher, while every home also includes a full-size in-suite washer and dryer.
Yes. Homes include central air conditioning and an individual thermostat, giving residents control over the temperature in their own suite. The building also incorporates energy-efficient construction and LED lighting.
