## Room for everyone you love.

Tuxedo Heights East brings 162 new rental homes across seven storeys, developed, built and managed by Paragon Living. One, two and three bedroom homes with in-suite laundry, central air conditioning, free high-speed internet and water included. A rooftop patio for summer evenings and heated underground parking. A fitness centre, a social lounge and storage lockers. Pet friendly, with a dog run.

## Questions

### When will Tuxedo Heights East open?

Construction is scheduled to be completed in late 2027, with leasing expected to begin in late January 2028. Exact move-in dates will be confirmed as construction progresses, with waitlist members receiving leasing updates first.

### Why should I join the waitlist?

Joining the waitlist puts you closer to what’s coming next. Waitlist members will be among the first to receive floor plans, pricing, interior renderings and confirmed leasing dates before they are released publicly.
